libqt5core5a software package provides Qt 5 core module, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqt5core5a
libqt5core5a is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqt5core5a package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqt5core5a *
You will get with libqt5core5a package name, version, architecture and description in a table
